Effective Assistance of Counsel

Whether counsel's failure to object to an improper upward adjusment for use of a minor, under guideline 3B1.4, was ineffective assistance of counsel that prejudiced Munoz. (Jose Del La Paz Munoz Flores, November 24, 2008).
