Registration has opened for CJA panel attorneys for the FY 2010 Federal CJA Trial Skills Academy (TSA), which will take place April 25-30, 2010 at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Registration is open to CJA panel attorneys only until December 30, 2009, and will then be open to federal defender attorneys as well.
