ODS Training Branch - ANNOUNCING THE WINNING STRATEGIES SEMINAR, FEBRUARY 5-7,2009 IN CHARLESTON, SC

The Winning Strategies Seminar, presented by the Office of Defender Services Training Branch, is a valuable CLE for experienced and new CJA Panel Attorneys. The program focuses on a variety of federal criminal defense topics, including computer crimes, identity theft, mortgage fraud, sentencing guidelines and sentencing mitigation. The draft agenda is provided. Limited financial assistance is available to applicants demonstrating financial need.
